2) Chip Transfer

Take the heat tool and apply it to the chip.
The high temperature of the lighter fire may damage the chip. Apply from the back of the card as it can give.
After seeing the plastic stretch a little Enter with tweezers and take the chip.
Let's make the chip suitable for the slot. (You may not need to do this on some thin chips.)
Insert the chip into the slot on the card, press it with your finger, and Examine how it fits. Chip edges at card level It should not stand high.
Apply glue to the chip slot.
Take the chip and the line with the space is facing the top Place it properly and press it well. You didn't wear it upside down be sure. If there is glue overflowing from the chip edges hold the chip with one finger and touch the edges of the chip Clean with a wipe containing isopropyl alcohol.
3) Vise and End
Take the card vise and place your card in it.
Align the small box in the vise to the chip.
Tighten the screws until the top of the vise flexes slightly. If you tighten the screws too much, you may bend the board.
Due to the pressure of the vise, the edges of the chip The adhesive may have leaked out, open the vise and double-check the chip and remove any leaking glue. It is useful to wipe it with an alcohol wipe.
Turn the vise on last Leave the chip tightened and leave it in that position for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, your TowerPay metal card is ready!
